It’s the final day of the week for our Supper Club available from 5pm Monday to Wednesday. Grab yourself 2 courses for £20, and 3 for £25 featuring dishes such as this gorgeous Chicken and trulli pasta. Plus, you can claim £10 off a bottle of wine when two dine! Winner, winner, chicken dinner!!
Well, who’d have guessed it! The first guest through the door, bang on 12, was Tom. He’d already managed to see away half of a pint and a Club Sandwich before I had the chance to grab a coffee and a chat. In case you haven’t heard already…We’re ROARING back to business as usual tomorrow! But with a few changes that we are sure you’ll love, not least some tasty new dishes. Gearing up again for another ‘soft opening’ night this evening and we have a couple of spots left to fill. Any food is on us*, so you just need to buy yourself a beer or bottle to go with it. Sounds like a pretty good deal, huh? So if you fancy coming down to help us test our menu and service drop us a message! We will be serving food 5-7pm and drinks for a little bit after that. *T&C’s apply.
So thankful to all the folks who came down to help us test our menu and service for our ‘soft opening’ lunch! But an extra special thanks to Tom, a fellow Yorkshireman, who I’ve had the pleasure of knowing for a fair few years now. Made my day to have him pay a visit, and pass judgement, in my very own pub. Today has been all about Food Glorious Food! The guys in the kitchen absolutely spoiled all the front of house team tasting our new menu. Team favourites so far are the Devon crab on toast, Duck, watermelon and sesame salad and surprisingly (or not) enough the vegan Mushroom Bourguignon pie. Can't wait for you guys to have a taste yourself next week!
